Dave Ring to Present at “Winning is the Only Option” Trial Seminar
Dave Ring will be a featured speaker at the 2015 Santa Monica Bar Association Trial Seminar “Winning is the Only Option” on Thursday, May 21 at the Le Meridien Delfina in Santa Monica. In the session titled, “How They Won the Case”, top trial lawyers will shed light on how they secured recording breaking outcomes in the past year.
Mr. Ring will discuss his $14 million settlement against the Moraga School District for the sexual abuse of two women by their middle school teacher in the mid-1990s. The amount is the largest “per victim” settlement in the nation.
David Olan of Olan Law will moderate the panel filled with esteemed attorneys in addition to Mr. Ring, including Robert J. Allan of Allan Law Group, Nick Rowley of Carpenter, Zuckerman & Rowley, LLP and Michael J. Bidart of Shernoff Bidart Echeverria Bentley LLP.
