David M. Ring Sworn In as CAALA’s President for 2016
Beverly Hills (January 16, 2016) – The Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles inaugurated David M. Ring, partner at Taylor & Ring on Saturday night at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel at the organization’s 67thInstallation and awards ceremony. Mr. Ring will lead the nation’s largest plaintiff’s bar association, which has a membership of 3,178. In his acceptance speech, Mr. Ring urged his colleagues to fight for the sanctity of the jury trial and to support legislation that limits blanket arbitration agreements. “It’s been an ongoing issue for years, but every year it progressively gets more and more polarized,” Ring told the Los Angeles Daily Journal. “Heading into the election year, we really have to get behind those politicians who believe that our courts are the best way to resolve disputes,” he said.
